Magic Made Simple

Magic Made Simple is a brand of MMS Media, LLC.
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit magicmadesimple.net or purchase, access, or use a Magic Made Simple product or service, including digital products, templates, workshops, courses, memberships, subscriptions, and software.
By purchasing or using a Magic Made Simple product or service, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products Are Licensed to You
Unless an offer specifically says otherwise, Magic Made Simple products are sold with a single-user license.
That means your purchase is for you and your travel business. It does not give other travel advisors, team members, contractors, friends, or colleagues their own right to access or use the product.
Your license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable.
Different products work a little differently, but the basic rule is simple: use what you purchase in your own business; don’t redistribute the MMS product itself.
What You Can Do
Depending on the product, your license may allow you to:
- customize templates for your own business
- use email and marketing copy in communications with your own leads and clients
- add your branding, stories, photos, and other personal touches
- use worksheets, frameworks, and resources as part of running your own business
- use content you generate through MMS software in your own marketing and client work
- continue using finished content you created or customized while you had valid access
A product page or offer may include additional usage rights.
What You Can’t Do
Unless we specifically give you permission, you may not:
- share your login or product access with another person
- give, sell, sublicense, or redistribute MMS products or templates
- upload MMS materials to a shared library for other advisors to use
- resell MMS content as your own templates, courses, memberships, downloads, software, or other products
- use an MMS template to create products or branded materials for other travel advisors to use in their businesses
- copy or reproduce our courses, workshops, frameworks, software, or training materials for resale or redistribution
- remove copyright or ownership notices from MMS materials
- use automated methods to copy, scrape, extract, or reproduce our software, content, or libraries
- attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to our software or systems
- bypass generation, account, or usage limits
If you need access for a team, agency, or another type of use, contact us. We may offer different licensing options for some products.
Templates
Email and Written Templates
You may edit and personalize our written templates and use the finished versions in your own travel-business marketing and client communications.
The underlying MMS templates remain MMS intellectual property. Your purchase does not give you the right to distribute or resell the original or modified templates to other travel advisors.
Canva and Design Templates
Canva and other design templates are licensed to the purchaser for use in their own business.
You may customize them for your own brand and use the finished materials with your own audience and clients.
You may not share the underlying template with other travel advisors or use your access to create reusable branded templates for other advisors unless the product specifically includes that right.
APPS & DIGITAL TOOLS
Access to Magic Made Simple apps, dashboards, and digital tools is for your individual business use. The frameworks, prompts, workflows, content, features, and resources contained within them are proprietary to MMS Media, LLC.
You may use these resources to support and market your own business. You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or use them — in whole or in part — to create, develop, train, or improve another tool, app, product, service, framework, or resource for yourself or others.
Your Content
You keep the rights you have in the stories, brand information, photos, documents, and other content you provide to us or add to our software.
You give MMS and the service providers that help us operate our products permission to process, store, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably needed to provide, support, maintain, and protect the product or service you are using.
This does not give MMS a general right to publish your private app content.
Information you choose to share in a workshop, community, testimonial, recording, or other participatory setting is different. Any recording notice, release, consent, or other agreement provided for that activity will govern how that material may be used.

Software and App Access
Some Magic Made Simple products are accessed through online software.
Your account is for your individual use unless your plan specifically includes additional users. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity occurring through your account.
Software may change over time. We may update features, workflows, interfaces, integrations, AI providers, usage limits, or other parts of a product as the technology and the product evolve.
We may also fix, add, remove, or replace features when reasonably needed to maintain, improve, secure, or support the software.
We do not promise that every feature or third-party integration will remain available forever.
AI Features
Some Magic Made Simple software uses artificial intelligence to help create drafts, ideas, plans, profiles, or other marketing content.
AI helps with the drafting. You review, edit, and decide what you use.
AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing factual information and deciding whether generated content is appropriate for your business or clients before using or publishing it.
AI-generated content is also not guaranteed to be unique. Similar information or instructions may produce similar content for different users.
You may use content generated through your account in your own marketing and client work, subject to these Terms. You may not use your access to generate templates, courses, tools, or other products for resale to travel advisors unless we specifically permit that use.

Usage and Generation Limits
Some software products may include limits on AI generations, storage, usage, or other features.
When limits apply, they may be displayed in the product, described with the offer, or otherwise communicated to you.
We may adjust limits as our products, technology, and provider costs change. Changes that materially affect an active paid plan will be handled as described with that product or communicated before a future renewal when appropriate.
Attempts to bypass or misuse product limits may result in restricted or suspended access.
Accuracy and Keeping Information Current
We put care into our products, but travel changes quickly.
Supplier policies, pricing, promotions, schedules, destinations, technology, marketing platforms, and industry practices can change after something is written or generated.
We do not guarantee that every piece of information in a product, template, workshop, or AI-generated draft will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Use MMS products as a resource and starting point. You are responsible for reviewing information and making the final decisions for your own business and clients.
If you spot something that needs attention, we welcome the heads-up.
Business Results
Magic Made Simple provides marketing, business, and educational resources.
We cannot promise a particular number of leads, bookings, sales, clients, followers, conversions, income, or other business result from using our products.
Your results depend on many things outside our control, including how you use the material, your business, your audience, your market, and your own decisions.
MMS products are not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice when your situation requires it.
Workshops, Courses, and Recordings
Workshops, trainings, courses, and other live or recorded programs may include copyrighted MMS teaching materials, frameworks, slides, worksheets, recordings, and resources.
Your registration gives you the right to participate and use the materials according to the offer. It does not give you the right to record, reproduce, teach, distribute, or resell the program or its materials.
Some events are recorded. When recording or participant-content terms apply, we will provide notice or obtain the applicable consent or release.
Please use good judgment when sharing client, business, or personal information in a live group setting.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Some MMS products are offered as recurring memberships or subscriptions.
When you enroll in one, the price and billing frequency will be shown with the offer or at checkout. Your subscription will continue and renew automatically until canceled.
You may cancel a recurring subscription before its next renewal to stop future charges.
Unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
Access to subscription libraries, portals, and member-only resources is tied to an active subscription. Once access ends, you may lose access to those areas and any content stored there. Materials you properly downloaded while your subscription was active may continue to be used under the license that applied when they were provided.
There are no refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period.
Membership or subscription benefits, content, features, and pricing may change over time. When a change materially affects an upcoming paid renewal, we will provide notice when appropriate or required.
Content you properly downloaded or created while your membership was active may continue to be used under the license granted with that product. Cancellation does not give you the right to redistribute MMS materials.
Refunds
All sales are final.
Because Magic Made Simple products and services include digital products, immediately accessible materials, intellectual property, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, and software access, we do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind or decide not to use what you purchased.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or have another billing problem, please contact us so we can review it.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to operate our website, checkout systems, software, email, payments, AI features, hosting, storage, workshops, and other parts of the business.
Those services may occasionally change, experience outages, change their own features, or discontinue functionality.
We are not responsible for the independent acts, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
Your use of some third-party features may also be subject to that provider’s own terms.
Availability
We want our products to work when you need them, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access to websites, portals, downloads, software, or other online services.
Maintenance, updates, internet problems, security issues, third-party outages, technical problems, or events outside our control may occasionally interrupt access.
When a problem is within our control, we’ll work to address it.
Suspension or Termination of Access
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:
- nonpayment
- sharing or transferring an account or licensed product
- misuse of MMS content or intellectual property
- attempts to bypass software or usage limits
- unauthorized access or security concerns
- abusive or unlawful use
- conduct that materially interferes with our products, systems, team, or other users
- a serious or repeated violation of these Terms
When appropriate, we may contact you before taking action and give you an opportunity to correct the issue.
Termination because of a violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.
Intellectual Property
Magic Made Simple and MMS Media, LLC own or license the materials that make up our products and services, including our written content, templates, frameworks, methods, training materials, designs, graphics, recordings, software, interfaces, and branding.
Purchasing a product gives you permission to use it according to its license. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying MMS intellectual property to you.
Magic Made Simple®, Magic Made Simple branding, and other MMS names, marks, product names, and branding may not be used in a way that suggests another product or business is produced, sponsored, or endorsed by MMS without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MMS Media, LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or services, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or loss of data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid MMS for the product or service giving rise to that claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
Our products, technology, and business will continue to evolve, so we may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
For one-time purchases, the terms that applied when you purchased the product generally continue to govern that purchase.
For ongoing memberships, subscriptions, and software services, updated Terms may apply to future use or renewal. If a change materially affects an ongoing paid service, we will provide additional notice when appropriate or required by law.
Other Product Terms
Some products, events, memberships, or offers may include additional terms at checkout, on the product page, in a registration agreement, or inside the product.
Those additional terms become part of your agreement with MMS for that product.
If a product-specific term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific term controls for that product.
Our Privacy Policy, How We Use AI notice, and any applicable product or registration terms should be read together with these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If one part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
