Magic Made Simple is a brand of MMS Media, LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit magicmadesimple.net, purchase from us, join our email or text list, participate in a workshop or event, contact us, or use a Magic Made Simple software product.
Our products and services are currently offered primarily in the United States and Canada.
Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Magic Made Simple.
Contact and account information. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, login information, and other information you provide when creating an account or registering for something.
Purchase information. When you purchase a product, membership, workshop, subscription, or other offer, we receive information about the purchase, such as what you bought, the amount paid, the date of purchase, and your subscription or payment status.
Payments are processed through third-party checkout and payment providers. Payment information is handled according to those providers’ privacy and security practices.
Information you choose to give us. This can include responses to forms and surveys, brand or business information, stories, projects, drafts, uploads, workshop participation, testimonials, comments, questions, and other information you choose to share with us.
Communications with us. If you email us, submit a form, request support, respond to a survey, or otherwise contact us, we may keep the information you send and our response.
Website and technology information. When you visit our website, open an email, or use one of our online products, we may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages or features you use, referral information, email opens and clicks, and similar usage information.
Marketing preferences. We may keep information about the emails, texts, or other marketing communications you have chosen to receive or unsubscribe from.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate Magic Made Simple and provide the products and services you request. This may include using information to:
- process purchases and manage subscriptions
- create and manage accounts
- deliver digital products, workshops, memberships, and software
- respond to questions and provide support
- send receipts, account notices, renewal information, password resets, and other service messages
- send marketing emails or texts when appropriate
- personalize our communications and offers
- advertise Magic Made Simple and measure the effectiveness of our marketing
- understand how our website, emails, products, and software are being used
- improve existing products and develop new ones
- manage usage limits and operating costs
- prevent fraud, misuse, or security problems
- maintain business, accounting, and tax records
- comply with legal requirements and protect our business
Advertising and Audience Matching
We advertise Magic Made Simple through platforms such as Meta and may use advertising, analytics, and audience-matching tools to help us reach people who may be interested in our products.
This may include using information such as an email address or website activity to create or match an MMS advertising audience, measure advertising results, or avoid showing the same advertising unnecessarily.
Advertising platforms process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not rent or sell our customer list to other businesses so they can market their own products or services to you.
Workshops, Events, and Recordings
Some Magic Made Simple workshops, trainings, meetings, and events are recorded.
If you participate in a recorded event, information you choose to share — including your name, voice, image, questions, stories, business information, or examples — may be included in the recording.
When participant content may be reused beyond the original event, the registration terms, recording notice, consent, release, or other agreement provided for that event will govern how it may be used.
Depending on that consent, recordings or excerpts may be used in replays, educational materials, products, emails, marketing, or other Magic Made Simple content.
If you would rather not have something included in a recording, please avoid sharing personal, confidential, or client-identifying information during a recorded session.
Our Software and AI
Some Magic Made Simple products include software tools that allow you to enter or store information such as brand details, stories, ideal-client information, marketing plans, projects, and drafts.
Information stored in a private software account is not displayed to other users as part of the normal operation of the app. Authorized MMS team members and the service providers that help us operate our software may access information when reasonably needed to provide, maintain, support, or protect the service.
Some of our software also uses third-party artificial intelligence services to help generate content when you ask it to. Information submitted to an AI feature may be processed by the provider we use to deliver that feature.

A Note About Client Information
Magic Made Simple products are designed for marketing, business planning, and education. They are not designed to store highly sensitive client information.
Please do not enter client payment information, passport numbers, government identification numbers, passwords, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information into our software, forms, workshops, or other tools unless we specifically ask for it and provide an appropriate way to submit it.
When you need client context for marketing or planning, use general information and leave out identifying details whenever possible.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to help us operate Magic Made Simple.
These may include companies that provide website and app hosting, databases and storage, account login, AI generation, email and text delivery, checkout and payment processing, ecommerce, analytics, advertising, customer support, video conferencing, course or membership delivery, and other business services.
These providers may receive or process information as reasonably needed to provide their services to us.
We may change service providers as our business and technology change.
Other Times We May Share Information
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, respond to a legal request, protect our rights or safety, investigate fraud or misuse, or protect our users or systems.
Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of MMS Media, LLC.
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technology
Our website, sales pages, and software may use cookies and similar technologies to make things work, keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand website and product usage, measure marketing activity, and support advertising.
When we run advertising campaigns, our website or sales pages may also use advertising pixels or similar technology from platforms such as Meta.
The specific technologies and providers we use may change over time.
You can control many cookies through your browser settings and any cookie controls we make available. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent some website or software features from working correctly.
Comments and Public Content
If comments or other public-posting features are available on our website and you choose to use them, the information you post may be visible to other visitors.
We may also collect technical information related to a comment or submission to help with spam prevention, moderation, or security.
Please do not post information publicly that you want to keep private.
Content From Other Websites
Our website may include videos, images, social posts, forms, or other content provided by third-party websites or services.
When you interact with embedded or linked content, those providers may collect information about your interaction according to their own privacy practices.
If you join our email list, purchase from us, register for an event, or otherwise provide your email address, we may send you communications related to your account, purchase, or participation.
We may also send marketing email when appropriate.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the message. You may still receive transactional or service-related communications needed for purchases, accounts, or products you use.
Text Messages
If you choose to receive marketing texts from us, you can expect approximately 3–4 messages per month, with occasional additional messages around launches, promotions, webinars, courses, or other limited-time events.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not rent or sell your mobile number to other businesses for their own marketing. Service providers that help us send or manage messages may process your number as needed to provide that service.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business, legal, accounting, tax, security, or recordkeeping needs.
Different types of information may be kept for different periods.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to any legal or business requirements that require us to keep it longer.
Some individual products may have their own content-retention or export terms. When they do, those product-specific terms will apply to content stored in that product.
Your Choices and Privacy Requests
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights or choices regarding your personal information.
You may contact us to ask about personal information we maintain about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, request deletion of eligible information, request access to information where applicable, or raise a question about how your information is being used.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for the information we maintain.
We also limit access to personal information to team members and service providers who reasonably need access to perform their work.
No website, software platform, storage system, or method of transmitting information online can promise perfect security.
If a security incident involving personal information requires notification under applicable law, we will provide that notice as required.
United States and Canada
Magic Made Simple is based in the United States, and information may be stored or processed in the United States or in other locations where our service providers operate.
If you use Magic Made Simple from Canada, your information may be transferred outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.

Age
Our paid products, software, workshops, memberships, and services are intended for adults 18 years of age and older.
Changes to This Policy
Technology, advertising tools, service providers, and our products change over time, so we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of the policy. If additional notice is appropriate or required by law, we will provide it.

How We Use AI
Some Magic Made Simple software uses artificial intelligence to help turn your stories, brand, experience, and ideal-client information into marketing content.
AI helps with the drafting. You review, edit, and decide what you use.
Your Content and AI
We do not currently use your prompts or generated content to train AI models. Our current AI provider also does not use content submitted through its commercial services to train its models.
If our providers or their practices change, we’ll update our privacy information to reflect how your content is handled.
Information you enter into a private software account is not displayed to other users as part of the normal operation of the app. Authorized MMS team members and service providers may access information when reasonably needed to operate, support, maintain, or protect the service.
AI Works When You Ask It To
AI features generate content when you choose to use them. They do not independently contact your clients, book travel, make purchases, or act as your travel advisor.
You’re Still the Expert
AI can get things wrong, so give factual information a quick check before you publish or use it with a client.
You are responsible for reviewing the content and deciding whether it is accurate and appropriate for your business.
Your Voice Still Matters
Your stories, experience, voice, and perspective are what make the finished content yours.
AI-generated drafts are not guaranteed to be unique. Similar information or requests may sometimes produce similar content for other users.
Using What You Create
You may use generated content in your own marketing and client work, subject to the terms of the product you purchased.
Your access does not include reselling Magic Made Simple-generated materials as templates, courses, tools, or products for other travel advisors unless we specifically give you permission to do so.
Generation and Usage Limits
AI generation creates a cost each time it runs, so some products may include generation or usage limits.
When limits apply, they may be shown inside the product or explained with the offer.
One Quick Privacy Reminder
These are marketing and business tools, not systems designed to hold sensitive client information.
Please do not enter client payment information, passport numbers, government IDs, passwords, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information into an AI prompt or software field.
When client context would help, keep it general and leave out identifying details whenever possible.
Where We Use AI
Depending on the product, AI may help with things like:
- brand language and messaging
- ideal-client profiles
- ideas, outlines, and drafts
- marketing content and variations
- campaign planning
- story extraction and organization
Other parts of the software — such as storing, editing, organizing, displaying, or exporting information — may use standard software rather than AI.
