ALL PRODUCTS ARE A SINGLE-USE LICENSE – THEY SHOULD NOT BE SHARED WITH OTHER TRAVEL ADVISORS OR USERS.

Because of the digital nature of the products, all sales are final.

MMS Media, LLC has made every effort to ensure that all information in our products has been tested for accuracy. We make no guarantees regarding the results from the use of the products. We make no guarantee that you will see a positive result in your business by using our products. MMS Media, LLC assumes no responsibility for your decisions, policies, or practices that you implement based on information in our products.

MMS Media, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages and assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage suffered by any person due to the use of the information provided in our products.

EMAIL TEMPLATES

By purchasing and/or accessing a MMS Media, LLC product you are granted exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable rights of usage. You agree not to share with any third parties, sell, or grant publishing rights. In turn, we give you the right to use the email templates in your client communications. You can modify content by adding, removing, or editing the wording in any way you wish.

CANVA TEMPLATES

Purchases of Canva Templates are for individual use only. You may not share or sell the Canva Templates to any third parties and the Canva Templates must remain in your own Canva account. You may not use the Canva Templates to create branded content for other travel advisors – including other agents in your company.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature and immediate access you receive to Magic Made Simple products, including email templates, spreadsheets, PDFs, courses, subscriptions, memberships, Trello templates, Canva templates, and printables, all sales are final.

We take your investment seriously by being transparent on all of our product listings. When in doubt, please email us your specific questions about the product before making a purchase: customerservice@magicmadesimple.net.

10.19.22 DISCLAIMER: RE Disney Cruise Line Email Templates

Since the pandemic and the reinstatement of cruising, we recognize there have been and will continue to be lots of changes around programs, timing, protocols, availability, et cetera in the world of Disney cruising.

These email templates have been crafted after our personal pre-pandemic emails, edited by professional copywriters, researched and vetted by travel industry cruise experts, and reviewed multiple times.

We still know we have missed something(s).

During our research, we not only found conflicting information on the official Disney Cruise Line website but also with ‘real time’ reporting from recently traveled cruisers.

And we know, as soon as we publish, there are bound to be consistent updates required to keep the emails as accurate as possible.

We encourage you to vet the content for yourself, make adjustments/edits as you feel most comfortable and appropriate to communicate to your clients, and schedule time on your calendar to review the templates so you can efficiently update them as needed throughout the year.

We have included a Disclaimer av available by request that you may include in your emails as a way to notify your clients of the everchanging updates happening in cruising at this time.

Content Connection Club Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview
The Content Connection Club membership provides monthly access to specialized travel content, including articles, newsletter templates, and exclusive resources. Content is designed for personal and professional use by members in their travel business marketing.

2. Membership Payment and Renewal

  • Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method provided at the time of signup.
  • Fees are processed on the first day of each month.
  • Membership will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of the digital content provided, membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

4. Content Usage Rights

  • Content provided through the membership is licensed solely for personal and professional use by the member’s travel business.
  • Members may not resell, distribute, or share the content outside of their own business purposes.
  • Any violation of content usage rights may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

5. Access to Content

  • Monthly content is delivered on the 3rd Tuesday of each month via the membership portal.
  • Members are responsible for downloading and storing their content, as access may be limited to the month’s active membership period.
  • Past monthly content may be accessible at an additional fee, subject to availability.

6. Membership Levels and Changes

  • Members may select from the available specialty options: Theme Park, Cruise, or Luxury travel.
  • Changes to membership type (e.g., adding or switching a specialty) can be requested and will be applied to the next billing cycle.
  • Pricing for multiple specialties is subject to discounts but must be selected during signup or at the beginning of the billing cycle.

7. Membership Portal Access

  • Access to the membership portal and resources is granted only while the membership is active.
  • The portal includes exclusive resources, trainings, and content and is accessible only to active, paying members.
  • Unauthorized sharing of login information may lead to membership termination.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Members can cancel their membership at any time by logging into their account or contacting customer support.
  • Cancellations take effect immediately and access to the private portal will be removed. Please download all relevant content prior to cancellation.
  • Upon cancellation, all content provided during the membership term remains accessible for personal use (if downloaded), but may not be redistributed or shared.

9. Modifications to Membership

  • Content Connection Club and MMS Media, LLC reserves the right to adjust membership content, benefits, and pricing. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
  • Any changes to pricing will apply to new members or renewals following the date of the price adjustment.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content provided is the intellectual property of Content Connection Club and MMS Media, LLC and is protected under copyright laws.
  • Members agree not to use, share, or distribute content in any way that violates copyright or usage rights.

11. Code of Conduct

  • Members agree to use the membership resources respectfully and professionally.
  • Harassment, abuse, or misuse of the membership or portal resources may result in termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Content Connection Club and MMS Media, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the membership content or portal.
  • Membership is intended as a resource for marketing and client communication support; results are not guaranteed and may vary.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
